Welcome to the official join-in page for incowrimo-2019.

Ever wonder how you can get signed up for this project?  Well this is the page where you put all your info and get it added to the list for 2019.

It’s pretty easy actually. All you have to do is fill in the boxes and your information will be carefully added to the growing number of people who will be joining you in sending a handwritten letter every day for the month of February 2019.

Remember, the last date to get your address added to the list is January 31, 2019.

After that the form below will magically disappear and you will have to wait another 10 or so months to sign up for incowrimo-2020.

This years address book will be posted here  on January 18, 2019 to give everyone a chance to prepare. As always, it will remain posted until the last day of February 2019.

Keep in mind that this is a page to sign up for incowrimo-2019.

If you need to update your information or make a correction, you can go to the updates and corrections page and fill in the form.

Note: A word about addresses and how this works

  • unless otherwise requested below, your address will automatically be removed by March 01, 2019
  • a considerable number of participants keep their address available for the rest of the year
  • there are a couple of reasons we encourage this
  • a number of rewarding handwritten friendships have started here well after the official month was done
  • some people actually appreciate correspondence for more than 1 month out of every 12 and welcome having new people to correspond with
  • all of this year’s addresses will be removed before November 01, 2019
  • again — even though your name will be entered in the book, we encourage you to leave a reply in our  comment section  it’s still a quick and useful way to keep in touch. It lets participants know you’re here, say hello, solve postal issues and encourage others
  • keep in mind that when it comes to format. We’ve taken great pains to insure your address meets international postal standards so mail can reach you accurately and quickly from anywhere in the world.
